Privacy Policy

This policy describes what this website actually does today. It has not yet been reviewed by counsel — see the launch checklist in CLAUDE.md.

What we collect

This site collects information in exactly one place: the “start a build” form. When you submit it, we receive the fields you filled in — your name, email address, and your message, plus your company and phone number if you chose to provide them.

We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell or share your information, and we do not build a profile of you.

How we use it

Your submission is emailed to us so a person can read it and reply. That is the whole purpose. We use your email address (and phone number, if you gave one) to respond to your enquiry and to continue that conversation.

We do not add you to a marketing list from this form.

Who processes it

Delivering the form to our inbox involves two service providers:

• Cloudflare — hosts this site and runs the bot check on the form (Cloudflare Turnstile). Cloudflare processes your IP address as part of serving and protecting the site.
• Resend — delivers the form submission to us as email.

Both act as processors on our behalf. We do not pass your information to anyone else.

Cookies

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. The Cloudflare Turnstile bot check on the form may set a short-lived token in your browser for the sole purpose of confirming you are not a bot.

How long we keep it

Build requests live in our email, and we keep them as long as the enquiry — or the working relationship that follows from it — is active.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us at the postal address below, or reply to any email from us, and we will action it.
