Privacy Policy

This policy describes what this website actually does today.

Last updated 7 October 2026.

What we collect

When you send a build request. The “start a build” form is the only place on this site where you type anything. When you submit it we receive the fields you filled in — your name, email address, and your message, plus your company and phone number if you chose to provide them.

When you simply visit. We measure traffic so we know which pages are worth keeping. That measurement records things like the page you viewed, the site that referred you, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and your device and browser type. See Analytics and cookies below for exactly who does that and what it stores.

We do not sell or share your information, and we do not run advertising or retargeting pixels on this site.

How we use it

Your build request is emailed to us so a person can read it and reply. That is the whole purpose. We use your email address (and phone number, if you gave one) to respond to your enquiry and to continue that conversation. We do not add you to a marketing list from this form.

Traffic measurement is used in aggregate, to understand which pages people read and how they found us.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses two analytics tools:

  • Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-RWZ1G9KZQ0). It sets two cookies in your browser — _ga and _ga_RWZ1G9KZQ0 — which distinguish one visitor from another on return visits. Google's default lifetime for these is up to two years. Data collected by Google Analytics is processed by Google, and may be stored on servers outside your country.
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless — it stores nothing in your browser and does not track you between sites.

The Cloudflare Turnstile bot check on the contact form may also set a short-lived token in your browser, for the sole purpose of confirming you are not a bot.

If you would rather not be measured by Google Analytics, you can install Google's official opt-out browser add-on, or use any browser setting or extension that blocks analytics scripts and cookies. Nothing on this site stops working if you do — the contact form still submits normally.

Who processes it

  • Cloudflare — hosts this site, runs the Turnstile bot check, provides the cookieless traffic measurement, and delivers your build request to our inbox as email. Cloudflare processes your IP address as part of serving and protecting the site.
  • Google — provides Google Analytics, as described above.

Both act as processors on our behalf. We do not pass your information to anyone else.

How long we keep it

Build requests live in our email, and we keep them as long as the enquiry — or the working relationship that follows from it — is active. Analytics data is retained according to the settings on our Google Analytics property and Cloudflare's own retention periods for Web Analytics.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us at the postal address below, or reply to any email from us, and we will action it. To stop analytics collection, see the opt-out note under Analytics and cookies above.
